What it costs
Champagne Flight - We schedule a maximum of four passengers per flight to ensure more personal attention and more fun for you!
$200 per person
Exclusive ride - A private, romantic flight for two
$300 per person
Please call for groups, weddings or any other special requests.
Passengers under 18 must have written parental consent to ride. All flights are approximately one hour in duration. All flights include traditional champagne celebration.
Reservations & Payment
Please make a reservation in advance to insure you get the date you want. Space is limited. Payment is due prior to the flight.

GIFT CERTIFICATES are available and may be purchased over the telephone. Flight Certificates will be mailed to you upon receipt of payment. Flight certificates are non-refundable and may be transferred upon approval by Mach O.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available, less a $25 administration fee, up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Rides purchased less than 7 days in advance are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the reservation. Rides purchased less than 24 hours in advance are not refundable. The refund will only be returned to the original purchaser. There are absolutely no refunds after weather cancelations or rescheduling, even if within 7 days of purchase. Inclement weather can force us to postpone your flight and you will then need to reschedule.
If your flight is cancelled for weather, your pre-paid reservation will remain valid and you can reschedule your flight. Mach O flight certificates are transferable upon approval from Mach O.
Mach O certificates are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the passenger(s) with less than 24 hour notice or failure to show up at the meeting time and place will forfeit any money paid to Mach O, such actions will also void the use of any gift or flight certificate(s) issued by either Mach O or a third party vendor. All ride certificates (including flight certificates) will be considered redeemed if individuals cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled ride or fail to show up at the appointed time and meeting place.
Flight Cancellation
Ballooning is a weather dependent activity. We reserve the right to cancel a flight if safety is ever in question and/or the weather conditions are deemed unfavorable by the pilot. It is important to schedule a balloon flight with a back-up date in mind just in case weather conditions on the scheduled date are unfavorable for balloon flying. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities.
Passenger Contact
Sunrise Flights: We will contact you the evening before the flight between 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM and the morning of the flight between 4:30 AM- 5:00 AM to inform you of the flight status and ensure that you have directions to the meeting point.
Evening Flights: We will contact you the day before the flight between 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM and the afternoon of the flight between 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM to inform you of the flight status and ensure that you have directions to the meeting point.
Passenger Release
Each person riding in the balloon must sign a passenger release. Minors (under 18) must have written parental or legal guardian consent to ride in the balloon.
